So, whenever customer buys any of our products, we offer assistance at every step.

LAD Workspace products purchased on or after 1st June 2020 are offered with limited warranty for 1 year This time period is mentioned in the product listings (on the website and Amazon). The warranty period starts from the date of delivery by the original purchaser against any functionality defects.

Warranty Terms: 1.1. It shall be the endeavour of LAD Workspaces to service the product under the warranty period at all times. The product warranty covers all moving and functional parts. The company has the discretion to repair/replace any part of the product based on the report of the customer care executive.

1.2. Replacement of any specific spare part of the product is subject to availability. If a situation arises where a substitute / alternate spare part is not available with the company, it reserves the right to offer a similar product suited to the needs of the buyer at a discount price.

1.3. Resolution to warranty claim can be implemented either by visit of service technician OR sending spare replacement part(s).

1.4. LAD Workspaces warranty service equips the customer to service his own product. For defects in product parts, which are covered under warranty the company will ship the replacement parts free of charge and provide the necessary installation or assembly instructions. The customer may replace the parts either by himself or through a third party. However, the company will not be responsible for any labour costs incurred for the replacement. In a situation, any technical assistance is required, a nominal charge of Rs 500/- will be levied.

1.5. Parts which are not covered under limited warranty, can be purchased from the company at a reasonable cost. This is subject to the availability of the spare parts. LAD Workspaces will not be responsible for maintaining stocks for parts not covered under warranty.

1.6. LAD Workspaces offers warranty to the original purchaser, any heir or assignee. However, an heir or assignee can benefit from the warranty clause only by presenting the original order number to the company. The warranty period starts from the day a product is delivered to the original purchaser. Warranty is not extendable in transfer cases.

2. What does our LIMITED warranty cover? All the functional component of the products are covered under the limited warranty policy of LAD Workspaces: The functional parts of the chairs are specified below:

i. Mechanism

ii. Hydraulic Gas lift

iii. Base Stand and wheels

iv. Arm rest

The functional parts of the tables are specified below:

3. Warranty does NOT include following: Warranty does not cover the appearance of the product or any damage to the product resulting from normal wear and tear in the natural course of product. Furthermore, it does not include usage given its aging, nature, function, composition as well as damage due to usage of the product beyond its intended use. Scratches, dents, wrinkles, colour-fading, weaning/beading of fabric/leather, compression of foam including other changes developed due to normal wear and tear of the products during the usage are also excluded. Any damage to the product resulting from improper installation or assembly arranged by the customer is not in consideration with LAD Workspaces. The customer remains responsible for improper maintenance, misuse or use not in compliance with the intended use, modifications or discolouration of the product.

4. Warranty Process : In case you face any issue with the functionality of the product, you can claim warranty by following the below process : To claim product warranty, please mention the following details in the whatsapp to +918070094700:

iii. Invoice/ warranty certificate

iv. your contact details.

A service ticket is raised for every complaint. The customer service team will get in touch within 24-48 working hours and strive to provide a solution to the problem within 7-14 working days from the date of complaint.
